Shipping & Returns


We endeavour to pack and dispatch within 24 hours of you placing your order (during our store opening hours) so we are doing our absolute best to post your beautiful purchases to you as quickly as possible.

Delays are being experienced with all postage given the continuing issues created by the pandemic. However, if you notice very little movement on your tracking please report your parcel as lost/missing/slow via the Australia Post Help and Support portal or with DHL for international purchases. We reserve the right to change our service providers from time to time as we endeavour to provide you with the best delivery service.


Domestic shipments are sent via Sendle at a flat rate of $10. Estimated time of delivery is 2-8 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email on dispatch.

We are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the shipping process once we dispatch the order so we encourage you to select signature on delivery with insurance for orders over $100 in value to ensure that you will be compensated if your parcel goes missing or is damaged in the post as we do not insure packages.


International deliveries are calculated at checkout based on weight. Deliveries are sent with Sendle or DHL. Please note that during the pandemic we are seeing significant delays to international orders. We don’t take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred once we dispatch your order, or for the time taken to deliver. You accept this shipping service at your own risk. If you would like your order insured so that you can be compensated if it is lost or damaged, please email after you place your order and we will arrange insurance for you and send you an invoice for the additional cost – once this insurance invoice is paid we will dispatch your order.

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

All sales by Dee Black Boutique are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure that you check all images, descriptions and measurements before purchasing.

All items state their condition within their description. If a particular flaw exists with a garment then this will be stated in the description and the item will be sold “as is” - it is likely that the price will be a reflection of that flaw.

Many of our pieces are in brand new condition, have never been worn, and some come with their original tags and/or packaging. If so, this will also be stated within the item description.

We guarantee that all of our merchandise is authentic and we use a separate service to authenticate any items that we are not able to verify as authentic with the information made available to us. We do not sell items that are not authentic, questionable or in bad condition and do our best to inspect all merchandise thoroughly. With that said, these items have been previously owned.
